[Apha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Naver will start beta service of generative artificial intelligence (AI) search 'Cue:' from the 20th.
If 'CLOVA X', an interactive AI service launched by Naver last month, is a tool to improve the productivity of companies and individuals in the areas of document creation and creation, 'Cue' applies generative AI to search.
In particular, Cue dramatically enhances search convenience by identifying the user's intentions at once, clearly understands questions composed of complex structures, and generates answers through a systematic search process on its own, the company stressed.
In addition, through 'Multi-step Listening' (multi-step reasoning) applied to Cue, the user can clearly understand the logic flow through which process the generated answer was provided.
In the process, it provides reliable answers based on search results to increase the value of Cue as a search service. This is a point that differentiates existing generative AI chatbots from creating answers based on pre-learned data.
