[Apha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] It will be possible to distinguish shareholders in the discussion room of Naver Pay Securities, the largest stock community in Korea. Securities were at the forefront as Naver Financial started to grow its "Naver Pay" brand.
According to Naver and related industries on the 20th, Naver Financial is preparing to reorganize its securities community service, which focuses on linking MyData. It is a big framework to support shareholder users who actually hold shares in the stock.
The key to the reorganization is to distinguish shareholders from non-shareholders in Naver Pay Securities stock discussion room posts. If a user links financial MyData to Naver Pay securities services, he or she can post the post as a shareholder in the stock discussion room.
Stock community shareholder certification is being operated by introducing similar functions by Kakao Pay Securities and Toss Securities prior to Naver Financial. Unlike these fintech securities firms, Naver Financial does not provide direct securities trading services, but plans to offer shareholder authentication services that can be applied to a wider range regardless of trading securities firms through MyData linkage.
Naver Pay Securities Debate Room is the largest stock community in Korea. According to Naver Financial, there are 150,000 daily posts on Naver Pay Securities' Jongtobang, with more than 10 million monthly active users (MAU).
