In second place, Forena, Hanwha's construction division, which has entered the market as an emerging power and has built a rational and customer-oriented image, was named.

According to real estate information provider 'Real Estate R114' on the 24th, apartment consumers across the country chose Raemian of Samsung C&T's construction division as the No. 1 apartment brand that is expected to grow in the future.

Real Estate R114 jointly conducted an apartment brand image survey of 3,690 consumers living across the country from the 1st to 14th of this month. Forena in Hanwha Construction was selected as the second place, and ▲GS Engineering & Construction Xi ▲ POSCO E&C The Sharp ▲ Lotte Engineering & Construction Lotte Castle ranked in the top five. The Forena brand in Hanwha's construction sector, launched in 2019, has settled in the top three for three consecutive years.

The survey on the growth of apartment brands is meaningful in that consumers directly evaluate the future growth value of existing brands launched in the early 2000s and new brands in the past five years.
