[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] EcoPromaterials announced on the 26th that it will expand the precursor production capacity to 210,000 tons per year by 2027. This is more than four times the current annual rate of 50,000 tons.

Earlier, Eco Materials submitted a securities report to the Financial Services Commission on the 25th and began a public offering process to list the securities market. The number of public offering shares is 14.476 million.

The desired public offering price per share is 36,200 ~ 46,000 won. If the public offering is successfully completed, Eco Materials will be able to secure investment resources of 524 billion won to 665.9 billion won.

EcoPromaterials supplies most of its current precursor to EcoProBM. In the future, the company plans to expand its sales by diversifying its customers.
