Almac signed a contract to supply electric vehicle platform frames worth 200 billion won

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Almac, a global company specializing in aluminum components for electric vehicles, has signed an additional supply contract with Linamar.
This contract will be applied to Volkswagen's ID.6 model and will be delivered according to the product order confirmed after the contract is signed.
The amount disclosed is 47 billion won when the purchase request was issued, but the total supply over the next six years is 207.8 billion won, 132.5% of the previous year's sales. The contract period is from 2024 to 2029.
Almac's main business is exclusively for electric vehicles, developing and producing battery (secondary battery) module cases, battery pack frames and electric vehicle platform frames.
