[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Kakao Bank had the lowest average retirement allowance per capita among Internet banks last year.
According to the bank's management status announced by the Korea Federation of Banks on the 2nd, a total of 153 people retired from Internet banks such as Kakao Bank, K-Bank, and Toss Bank last year. A total of 2.63 billion won was paid as severance pay. It's 17 million won per person on average.
Kakao Bank's per capita payment was the lowest at 16.93 million won. It spent 1.6 billion won on 95 people and the total payment was the largest.
Toss Bank's average retirement allowance per person was the highest at 18.47 million won. A total of 203 million won was paid to 11 employees.
K-Bank paid an average of 16.98 million won per person. About 47 people spent a total of 800 million won.
All three do not operate the desired severance pay system.
