[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Winiade made a public announcement on the 1st that bankruptcy occurred due to legal payment restrictions on the draft issued to Winia (071460), a guaranteed corporation.

The guarantee amount is 57 billion won, which is 27.36% of the equity capital.

The company said, "We will overcome the liquidity crisis through corporate rehabilitation and improve the financial structure to repay the debt."
