According to the financial investment industry on the 7th, nine major securities firms, including Samsung Securities and NH Investment & Securities, lowered the target price of SKIET this month. The average target price is 95,000 won, down about 28% from the previous target price (132,000 won).

The securities firm with the lowest target price is Hi Investment & Securities. It offered 85,000 won, which is about 34% lower than the previous target price (130,000 won). NH Investment & Securities also set a target price of 85,000 won, 27% cheaper. In addition, △Yujin Investment & Securities lowered from 150,000 won to 105,000 won, △Daeshin Securities lowered from 140,000 won to 100,000 won, △Samsung Securities lowered from 130,000 won to 98,000 won, respectively.

It is pointed out that delays in the operation of new plants due to slowing forward demand have been a negative factor. Earlier, SKIET postponed the operation of the second plant in Poland from the end of this year to the second quarter of next year. Poland's third plant, which was expected to operate next year, has also postponed its operation to 2025. The North American expansion plan, which was expected to be announced by the end of this year, was also delayed.

Lower earnings estimates are also a factor in adding uncertainty. According to financial information provider FnGuide, SKIET's estimated consolidated operating profit for this year was KRW 16.9 billion, down 31.57% from KRW 24.7 billion three months ago.

Stock prices are going through ups and downs. Over the past three months, SKIET's stock price has fallen 26.60%, giving up all of its gains in the first half of this year. The day rose 11.03% on expectations of benefits from a complete ban on short stock selling, but it is still sluggish compared to the highest level in three months (102,000 won).
