The announcement came as the divorce suit began its appeal on the 9th and entered the second round in 11 months.

Director Roh stood in front of reporters after attending the first hearing of an appeal hearing for a divorce suit held at the Seoul High Court's Home Affairs Chamber 2 (senior judge Kim Si-chul, Kang Sang-wook and Lee Dong-hyun) later in the day. It is rare for the parties to attend the suit in person. On the other hand, Chairman Choi Tae-won did not attend the meeting because he was on a business trip to Paris, France, to host the Busan Expo.

"I am so sorry and embarrassed that I have caused so much concern to the people with my family and family," he said with a gloomy face. "What I hope is that this incident will serve as an opportunity for the precious value of the family to be protected by the law."

Director Roh asked about the proper alimony and stake and his position on SK Innovation's lawsuit demanding the eviction of the art center butterfly, but left the court without an answer.
