Sajo Daelim acquires food material company Ingredion Korea

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Sajo Daelim announced on the 11th that it will acquire a 100% stake in Ingredion Korea, a food material manufacturer.
The acquisition amount is 384 billion won, and the acquisition date is January 2nd next year.
Sajo Daelim will pay 330 billion won out of the acquisition amount of 384 billion won by January 2 next year, while the remaining 54 billion won will be paid in installments for three years from 2025∼2027.
"We are planning to take over to strengthen our portfolio of food businesses and expand synergy with existing businesses," a Sajo Daelim official said.
