Hugel responds to reports of ‘considering delisting’: “Nothing has been confirmed”

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Hugel made a public announcement on the 10th about Bloomberg's report that "CBC Group is considering delisting Hugel" in July last year, saying, "After checking with the largest shareholder, the largest shareholder is considering strategic measures regarding its governance structure, but nothing has been confirmed so far as it takes time to make decisions on important issues."
The company added, "We will re-publicize the details within three months or when they are decided or confirmed in the future."
