After acquiring the stock, Donghwa Corporation's stake in M-Park will be 13.1%. The stock acquisition date is the 20th.

Donghwa Corporation said the purpose of acquiring the stock is "to improve the financial structure and expand investment of its affiliate M-Park Corporation."
