[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Toss' simple payment service, Toss Pay, has launched offline payment services in more than 40 countries abroad.

Toss said on the 20th that its Toss Pay service has been expanded to 42 countries, including the U.S., Japan, Australia, the U.K. and Singapore. After partnering with Alipay Plus in September, Tosspay payments were only available in China and Malaysia. Toss Pay users will be able to make simple payments with the Toss app at Alipay Plus franchises in 42 countries.

You can present the bar code and QR code in the Toss app to the store or take a picture of the bar code and QR code in the merchant and pay. At the time of payment, the amount of payment will be withdrawn from the account connected to Toss Pay. There is no need to exchange money into dollars or euros.
