[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] EcoPro Innovation has sold all of its shares in its affiliate EcoProBM.

EcoproBM announced on the 23rd that Ecopro Innovation sold 136,649 of its shares in the market. It is a stock with all voting rights and has a ratio of 0.13%.

The sale contract was signed for five consecutive trading days from the 26th of last month.

During this period, it is estimated that the volume has exceeded 1,000 to 40,000 shares. The transaction amount per share is at least 190,000 won to 210,094 won.

Based on the number of shares and disposal unit price, the selling amount is 26.35 billion won.
