Doosan supplies luggage handling robots to Schiphol International Airport in the Netherlands

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Doosan Robotics announced on the 13th (local time) that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Schiphol International Airport in the Netherlands and Danish company Cobot Lift to supply 'Schiphol International Airport Cooperative Robot Baggage Handling System'. The three companies have recently completed business demonstration (PoC) and plan to expand their businesses based on MOU.
Doosan Robotics has developed a solution to apply Cobot Lift's vacuum suction technology to its 8.5m long cooperative robot H-series. You can handle up to 70kg of luggage.
Doosan Robotics recently delivered 20 robots to Schiphol International Airport for the first time. By next year, robots will be gradually supplied to all Schiphol airports.
In the future, we will increase the supply of robots to other regional airports and logistics centers.
