[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] CJ Group reorganized its holding company CJ on the 18th. The main focus is to strengthen the holding company's original function through the consolidation of the organization. Kang Ho-sung, CEO of CJ Management Support, resigned that day.
Strategic planning and business management organizations have been integrated into one following the reorganization. The Office of Financial Operations and the Office of Financial Strategy were also merged into the Office of Finance.
With the resignation of Kang Ho-sung, CEO of CJ Management Support, Kim Hong-ki, CEO of CJ Management, will also take charge of management support.
CJ has been operating as a two-person representative system since October last year. Meanwhile, CJ Group's regular executive personnel appointments are behind schedule. The business community expects it to take place early next year.
