LegoChem Biosciences jumped 15% on a $2 trillion technology transfer deal

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] It is strong on news that LegoChem Bio has signed a technology transfer contract with Janssen Biotech. The contract size is over 2 trillion won.
At 9:20 am on the 26th, Legochembio was traded at 60,000 won, up 8,000 won (15.38%) from the previous trading day.
Before its opening, LegoChem Bio announced that it had signed a $ 1.725 billion (2.2458 trillion won) contract with Janssen Biotech. Janssen Biotech is a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, a large US pharmaceutical company.
According to the contract, LegoChem Bio transfers the antibody-drug junction (ADC) candidate material 'LCB84'.
Both companies plan to jointly develop phase 1 and phase 2 clinical trials in progress. After exercising its exclusive development rights, Janssen will be responsible for clinical development and commercialization.
