[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] SK Magic will sell some of its kitchen appliances to Kyung Dong Navien.

Both SK Magic and Kyung Dong Navien announced on the 3rd that they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the acquisition of business rights in three business areas: gas stove, electric range and electric oven.

The key is to take over inventory, tangible and intangible assets, and sales contracts related to the manufacturing, sales, and distribution of three of the products sold by SK Magic. The estimated sale price is 40 billion won, and the exact price and timing will be decided through consultation between the two companies.
