Korean Air-Asiana conditional merger expected to be approved

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] The European Union's anti-trust regulators said on the 12th that they will conditionally approve the acquisition of Korean Air and Asiana Airlines.
The EU has put forward the condition that the two companies sell the cargo sector separately and passenger routes in four European cities in the event of a merger.
