[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Actozsoft announced on the 25th that Wemade, which is in a copyright dispute over IP, has filed a lawsuit for compensation worth KRW 93.4 billion.
Earlier, Wemade announced on the 22nd that Actozsoft withdrew the termination of its SLA (software license contract) and a nullification suit and a compensation suit filed with the ICC Arbitration Court in Singapore.
Wemade's claim for compensation was confirmed by Singapore's ICC Arbitration Court after Actozsoft dropped the suit, and Wemade submitted it to the first trial court pending in the Seoul Central District Court.
An official of Actozsoft said, "We will actively respond according to legal procedures."
