According to the aviation industry on the 26th, Asiana Airlines' OZ285 Boeing B747-400F cargo plane, which was bound for Incheon after departing from San Francisco Airport at 8:21 p.m. on the 24th (local time), made an emergency return due to engine problems shortly after takeoff.
"We returned to San Francisco Airport due to noise and vibration from the aircraft after takeoff," Asiana Airlines said. "As a result of the inspection, some damage to the engine occurred."
Asiana Airlines plans to re-operate the aircraft after maintaining it.
