SK Networks plans to acquire an American AI company

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] SK Networks will join hands with Silicon Valley to take over the US artificial intelligence (AI) and robot companies.
SK Networks announced on the 31st that Choi Sung-hwan, President of SK Networks and Chairman of Vivek Ranadive Bow Capital signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on 'SK Networks Renaissance Project' at Samil Building in Gwancheol-dong, Seoul on the 30th.
SK Networks, Ranadive Chairman, and external investors will work together to acquire promising companies in AI and robotics. Chairman Ranadibe and outside investors will participate in the investment consortium created by SK Networks. Specific measures will be discussed further.
SK Networks plans to utilize its own shares to strengthen cooperation. Chairman Rana Dibe and outside investors participating in the fund will buy some of SK Networks' own shares.
