[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] DGB Financial Group says it will incorporate Singapore's asset management firm, High Asset Management Asia, as the group's first overseas subsidiary.
DGB Financial Group recently assessed that as global funds have been concentrated in Singapore, it has prepared a bridgehead for asset management in Singapore by acquiring asset management companies rather than obtaining permission for asset management business.
Accordingly, it is expected that global financing and operation will be active in Singapore.
