Hahn & Company pursues a 700 billion won tender offer for Ssangyong C&E

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Private equity fund (PEF) Hahn & Company is making a tender offer for the remaining shares of Ssangyong C&E.
According to the investment banking (IB) industry on the 5th, Hahn & Company plans to buy 125,756 Ssangyong C & E shares listed on the KOSPI from the 5th. This amounts to 20.1% of Ssangyong C & E's total issued shares. The tender price is 7,000 won per share. The total purchase amount is 701.7829 billion won, and the organizer is NH Investment & Securities.
Hahn & Company is expected to voluntarily delist after securing the entire stake in Ssangyong C & E through this open purchase.
