[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Lee Jung-ae, president of LG Household & Health Care, bought 1,000 shares of its own shares.

LG Household & Health Care announced on the 5th that President Lee purchased 1,000 treasury shares through in-house purchase. The acquisition price is 300,998 won per share, which is about 300 million won. As a result, Lee's treasury shares have increased from 500 to 1,500 shares.

An LG Household & Health Care official said, "From a long-term perspective, we expressed confidence in performance improvement and our commitment to responsible management."
