[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Eugene Tech (084370) responded to the report that it had been sued by KOKUSAI ELECTRIC of Japan.

 

Eugene Tech said “We confirmed that it was sued for patent infringement through media reports, etc., and as we were not served with the complaint from the court, we were unable to determine the basis for the lawsuit.” 

 

“As soon as we receive the complaint, we will appoint a representative and respond actively.” Eugene Tech added.
