[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Lotte Group is planning to sell ATM division of Korea Seven, which operates convenience store 7-Eleven.
According to the industry on the 7th, Lotte Group has selected Samjeong KPMG as the organizer of the sale and is looking for a company to acquire the Korea Seven ATM division (formerly Lotte PSNet) for 40 billion won to 50 billion won.
Earlier, Lotte attempted to sell Lotte PSNET, a subsidiary of Korea Seven, in 2017, but Korea Seven merged with Lotte PSNET in 2019 as the sale did not go smoothly.
