Hanwha Ocean acquires stake in Singapore's offshore plant company 'Dyna-mac Holdings'

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Hanwha Ocean will strengthen its global offshore plant business by acquiring a stake in Singapore's Dyna-mac Holdings.
According to Singapore's foreign and shipbuilding industries on the 13th, Hanwha Ocean acquired a 21.5% stake in Dyna-mac held by Singapore's shipbuilder Keppel for about 91 billion won.
Dyna-mac Holdings is a Singapore-listed company established in 1990, with two production bases in Singapore and one in China. Last year's sales were about 385 million Singapore dollars (about 390 billion won).
Hanwha Aerospace also took part in the acquisition and secured a 2.4% stake. The total stake of the two companies is 23.9%.
