[Alpha Biz= Reporter Paul Lee] Doosan Bobcat's subsidiary Doosan Bobcat Korea, has decided to proceed with cash dividends. These dividends, totaling KRW 2,140,565 million, were announced through a disclosure on the 14th, with the dividend payment date set for the 4th of next month. The cash dividends will be paid in KRW 1,250 billion and USD 65 million.
Doosan Bobcat stated, "As Doosan Bobcat Korea is our 100% subsidiary, we will receive the entire dividend amount," further adding, "We plan to utilize these dividends to repay debts of our subsidiary, Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc."
