SPC Samlip Announces Absorption Merger of MONS Company by SPC GFS

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] SPC Samlip announced on the 12th that its subsidiary, SPC GFS, has absorbed and merged with MONS Company. MONS Company is a subsidiary engaged in the online and offline distribution of food ingredients and bakery products. The merger is scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2025.
SPC Samlip stated that the purpose of the merger is "to achieve business expansion and scaling through the synergy effects of combining the distribution divisions of the two companies."
