[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Ma Chang-min, CEO of DL E&C, will step down from his post.

About 10 DL E&C executives are also expected to undergo major organizational and human changes ahead of replacement.

According to the construction industry on the 29th, CEO Ma recently announced his intention to resign from the company. It has been three years since he took office in January 2021.

In addition, more than 10 executives were notified of the termination of the contract. It accounts for 20% of the total 50 executives, with a majority of executives in the housing and civil engineering sectors.

The massive replacement of executives is expected to lead to a major reorganization in the near future.
