[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] GS Entec, an energy equipment manufacturing subsidiary of the GS Group, will invest 300 billion KRW to enhance its technology for producing substructures for offshore wind farms.
GS Entec announced on the 9th that over the next two years, it will invest 214 billion KRW in offshore wind substructure production facilities and 86 billion KRW in constructing buildings at its Ulsan plant. Once this investment is completed, the GS Entec plant will be capable of producing monopile structures of various specifications.
