[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Dongwon F & B announced on the 19th that it has signed a contract to merge with Dongwon Dear Food, an online business subsidiary.

Dongwon F & B and Dongwon Dear Food held a board meeting on the same day and decided to merge the two companies. The scheduled merger date is August 31, and the merger ratio is 1 to 0 due to the merger without issuing new shares. After the merger, Dongwon Dear Food will disappear, Dongwon F & B will take over all positions, and its mission will be maintained as Dongwon F & B. Kim Sung-yong, CEO of Dongwon F & B, will head the merged corporation.

The merger between the two companies takes place in a way that Dongwon F & B absorbs and merges Dongwon Dear Food.
