[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] SK Networks is going to sell its subsidiary, SK Rent-a-Car.
SK Networks announced on the 16th that it selected Affinity Equity Partners, a private equity fund (PEF) operator, as the preferred bidder for the sale of SK Rent-a-Car in the electronic disclosure system and signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for negotiations on the main contract.
