Luna X CC Golf Course Located in Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang Province

 

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] On the 18th, Taeyoung Construction announced the sale of Luna X CC, located in Cheonbuk-myeon, Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang Province. The buyer is Autronic Co., Ltd., and the purpose of the sale is to secure liquidity through asset disposal. The planned disposal date is set for the 25th of this month.

Luna X CC, built in 2021, features a unique design with four courses of six holes each, making it the first of its kind in South Korea. Taeyoung Construction owned a 100% stake in the golf course, which has been managed by its affiliate, Blue One.

Autronic, established in 2013 and headquartered in Busan, specializes in manufacturing automotive electronic components. In the previous year, the company reported revenues of 196.5 billion won and a net profit of 46.5 billion won.
