[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] KB Financial Group Chairman Yang Jong-hee bought 5,000 shares of his own shares.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 19th, Chairman Yang bought 5,000 KB Financial shares in the market for 77,000 won per share.
The total purchase amount is 385 million won. With the purchase of treasury stocks, the number of shares held by Chairman Yang has increased to 5,451 shares (excluding employee stock ownership accounts).
