[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] L&F announced on the 11th that it has signed a mid-to-long-term supply contract worth 3.5184 trillion KRW with a global original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for high-nickel cathode materials.
However, details such as the contracting party, supply region, and contract period remain undisclosed. An L&F representative stated, "Due to confidentiality clauses in the agreement, we cannot disclose specific details."
The product covered in the supply contract is an ultra-high-nickel cathode material with a 95% nickel content, which was recognized for its innovation at InterBattery 2025, Korea’s largest battery exhibition.
It is highly likely that this material will be supplied for use in 46mm-diameter (46Φ) battery cells.
