[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] Min Hee-jin, former CEO of ADOR and former representative of Hybe, has initiated multiple lawsuits against individuals involved in reporting alleged "tampering" incidents regarding NewJeans' exclusive contract expirations.

On December 2, Min's legal representatives, Sejong Law LLC and Macol Consulting Group, announced that they had filed complaints with the Yongsan Police Station against Park Ji-won, former CEO of Hybe, Park Tae-hee, Hybe's Chief PR Officer, and Dispatch journalists for violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (in relation to information network violations and defamation).

Min's legal team accused the defendants of using illegally obtained private conversations, adding false information to create negative public opinion about Min. They also claimed that Dispatch reporters A and B were aware of their intentions but continued to publish articles defaming Min by spreading falsehoods.

The legal representatives emphasized that the journalists had written articles without verifying facts and had misrepresented information based on one-sided opinions and assumptions. Min's side has expressed hope that the lawsuits will lead to a thorough investigation, uncovering the falsehoods and deceit involved, and that the responsible parties will be held legally accountable.
