[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] otte Holdings has announced the full transfer of its 100% stake in Vietnam Lotteria Co., Ltd. to Lotte GRS, a subsidiary specializing in food services and franchises.
The transaction was disclosed on the 11th, with Lotte Holdings stating that the sale of the stake in Vietnam Lotteria is part of efforts to streamline the management of its overseas subsidiaries.
Lotte GRS operates various food brands, including Lotteria, Angel-in-us Coffee, and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.
The transaction will take place on April 10, and the sale amount is 15.715 billion KRW.
