[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] The Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) announced on the 5th that it will greatly expand the welfare benefits of childbirth incentives for executives and employees.

In the first quarter of this year, KAI decided to raise the childbirth incentive, which was paid 1 million won regardless of the number of existing employees, to 10 million won for the first and the second and 30 million won for the third.

The KAI will join the government's policy to overcome low birth rates and local extinction and expand benefits to create a family-friendly corporate culture for employees' work-family compatibility.
