[Alpha Biz= Reporter Paul Lee] Meritz Securities told Hanwha Aerospace on the 17th that it is expected to win orders for K9 in Romania and proceed with remaining contracts for Poland this year. It maintained its target stock price of KRW 250,000 and investment opinion 'buy'.
Hanwha Aerospace's estimated sales in the first quarter are expected to be 2.1 trillion won and operating profit is expected to be 145.1 billion won, less than the consensus.
"The impact of Polish-based K9 and Cheonmu India, which determine Hanwha Aerospace's performance, has decreased significantly," Meritz Securities said. "The company's Polish-based delivery guidance has remained unchanged to 60 and 30 this year, respectively. On the contrary, the performance estimate for the second quarter has been raised because the guidance is expected to exceed the guidance."
Meritz Securities pointed out that Hanwha Aerospace's orders to Romania and Poland are worth looking forward to.
