[Alpha Biz= Reporter Paul Lee] KakaoBank announced on the 7th that it will conduct routine maintenance from 1 a.m. to 8 a.m. on the 12th to ensure stable operation of its computer systems.
During the maintenance period, all financial transaction services, including transfers, card payments, and ATM deposits and withdrawals, will be temporarily suspended, along with access to the KakaoBank app.
Services that will be affected include the use of the KakaoBank app and website, check card and mini card transactions, transactions at automated machines (CD/ATM), deposit and card payment notification services, transactions with KakaoBank using other financial institutions, and consultation and business processing through customer service centers.
The suspension period is scheduled for 7 hours from 1 a.m. to 8 a.m. on the 12th, but it may be subject to change depending on the progress of the operation.
