[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Emart announced on the 28th that it will invest KRW 100 billion in its affiliate, Chosun Hotel & Resort.
The investment will take place on June 24 and will consist of 6,081,985 common shares.
With this investment, Emart has invested a total of KRW 549.9 billion in Chosun Hotel & Resort.
The funds from this investment will be used to strengthen the resort division, including expanding new leisure businesses at Chosun Hotel & Resort.
