[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Starting November 8, China will implement a visa-free policy for South Korea and eight other countries, allowing citizens from these nations to stay in China for up to 15 days without a visa.

Under this policy, holders of regular passports from South Korea and the other countries can enter China for business, tourism, visiting friends and family, or transit purposes without needing to obtain a visa.

This is the first time that China has included South Korea in its visa-free travel list.
