[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Everland has decided to hold a farewell ceremony for the giant panda Fubao, which will soon return to China. Everland considered a quiet departure without a separate event, but decided to hold a small farewell event after a flurry of calls for a farewell ceremony.
Everland announced on the 1st that Fubao and visitors will have time to say their last goodbye to each other for 20 minutes from 10:40 am to 11:00 am on the 3rd. The car carrying Fubao will move from Panda World in Everland to Rose Garden. When passing through this section, the vehicle slows down for visitors who want to see them off on the side of the road.
Fubao will move from Everland to Incheon International Airport by 'special Mujindong car' used for semiconductor transportation. However, fans cannot directly see the Fubao inside the vehicle. This is because there are problems such as quarantine and the possibility of sudden accidents. Instead, zookeepers will deliver greetings at the rose garden as representatives.
