[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] Kwangdong Pharmaceutical announced on the 2nd that it has signed a stock trading contract to acquire Precision Biosensor, a company specializing in in vitro diagnostic devices.
Kwangdong Pharmaceutical plans to acquire 29.7% of shares held by Isens, the largest shareholder of Precision Biosensor, and the acquisition amount is about 17 billion won.
Precision Biosensor is a company specializing in in vitro diagnostic devices that manufacture and sell human · animal testers and cartridges.
