[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] K-pop star G-Dragon has unexpectedly canceled his upcoming concert in Bangkok, Thailand, as part of his ongoing world tour, Übermensch.
On July 10, an official statement was posted on the FanPlusOne.com platform announcing the cancellation of the Bangkok stop originally scheduled for August 2.
The notice read:
“We regret to inform you that G-Dragon’s scheduled concert in Bangkok on August 2 has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. We understand how much fans were looking forward to this show, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience this may cause. We hope to see you again soon.”
G-Dragon is currently on his third global tour, Übermensch, having recently performed in Sydney and Melbourne in Australia, followed by a three-day run in Taipei. The next stops include Kuala Lumpur (July 19–20) and Jakarta (July 25–26). Bangkok was originally listed as the next stop for August 2.
Further details regarding ticket refunds or possible rescheduling have yet to be announced.
