Youngone Trading's subsidiary, Youngone Outdoor, has extended its North Face licensing agreement for another 3 years.

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] Youngone Trading's subsidiary, Youngone Outdoor, has extended its North Face license agreement for another 3 years. By securing more business rights for North Face, Youngone Outdoor is expected to operate its business stably.


According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 4th, Youngone Trading Holdings has amended the license period for North Face trademarks with Goldwin of Japan to December 31, 2032. Goldwin holds the North Face brand trademark rights in the Asia region.

Youngone Trading Holdings announced the renewal of the North Face trademark license agreement, extending operations from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2029, for an additional 7 years, marking the decision to extend the period after about 2 years.

Youngone Outdoor oversees North Face's domestic operations. Currently, Youngone Trading Holdings, holding a 59.3% stake, is its largest shareholder.
