[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Hanssem, a fashion company under the Hyundai Department Store Group, announced on the 22nd that it will absorb Hanssem Life&, which operates the beauty brand 'OERA', on the 23rd.
Hanssem currently owns 100% of the issued shares of Hanssem Life&.
The merger will occur as a non-capital increase, meaning no new shares will be issued. There will be no changes in the shareholder structure of Hanssem following the merger.
