Woori Financial F & I will push for a paid-in capital increase of 120 billion won

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] Woori Financial F&I (CEO Choi Dong-soo) is planning to increase its paid-in capital by KRW 120 billion.

Woori Financial F&I held a board meeting on the 21st and decided on a 120 billion won paid-in capital increase. With this paid-in capital increase, Woori Financial F&I's equity capital will increase to KRW 320 billion.

Through this, Woori Finance F & I will actively expand the size of the NPL sales market in line with Woori Finance's efforts to strengthen its non-banking capabilities.

Woori Financial F&I is a NPL and corporate restructuring investment company launched in January 2022 by Woori Financial Group to actively respond to strengthening its non-banking business portfolio and expanding the size of the NPL market in the future.
